Alchemy Marketing facilitates strategic planning workshops to help your organisation decide how it will move forward, coming to terms with any problems or obstacles that stand in your way.

These strategic planning workshops will help you create a concise, articulated strategy, so that everyone is aligned. It’s about choice – deciding what is truly important and focusing resources and actions.

The process covers 2 phases – diagnosis and planning, over the course of 4 workshops.

Diagnosis Phase:

  • Establishing clear business purpose, vision and values.
  • Defining your target audience – not everyone will like you – which key customers will LOVE you?
  • Internal analysis – areas of relative strength or weakness within your company.
  • External analysis – opportunities or threats within your market context.
  • SWOT Analysis – to give you a big picture of the important factors influencing the business.

Planning Phase:

  • Establish SMART objectives.
  • Determine the key strategic priorities that will drive business performance.
  • Establish tactics – articulating how you will achieve your strategies (who is responsible, when will the activity take place, and how success will be measured).

Duration:

2 full days or 4 half days.
