MARKETING PLANNING AND MENTORING:

Alchemy Marketing will work with your company to provide you with the tools so you will learn how to create and implement a robust and effective marketing plan.

Our marketing courses include development of your marketing plan, and ongoing marketing mentoring for a further three months.

Marketing Plan Development

This will consist of three coaching workshops (approx. four hours long), where we will teach you how to develop a comprehensive marketing plan.

Workshop 1 will cover:

  • Business purpose, vision and values
  • High level goals
  • Understanding your customers
  • Defining your target market
  • Brand positioning.

Workshop 2 will cover:

  • Product and service offering
  • Pricing strategy
  • Communications, branding, digital marketing
  • Sales channels
  • Competitor analysis
  • Industry and market analysis
  • Establishing strategic priorities.

Workshop 3 will cover:

  • Setting marketing goals
  • Creating a 12 month Marketing Action Plan that covers activities, budget, timing and accountability.

Marketing Mentoring

Successful implementation of your plan is vital. Once your marketing plan has been developed, meetings will be held twice a month to support and guide you during the first three months of the implementation phase.

Duration:

  • Marketing Plan Development: 3 x 4 hour long coaching sessions
  • Marketing Mentoring: 2 x 1.5 hours each month, for 3 months.

Investment:

$5,000 + GST (NZTE Capability Development Vouchers may be allocated to help pay for up to 50% of the cost of this programme)
